Pvt. Clifford S Vanderpool, 34, previously reported missing in action is now listed as killed in action according to War Department Notification 
received by his wife, Mrs Erma D Vanderpool. He formerly had been employed by the Reed Ice Cream company before entering the service in April 1944 and had been overseas with the 15th Tank Battalion since October 1944.
